Saint Joseph

Descendant of the house of David, he was a carpenter, and earthly spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary. He was the foster and adoptive father of Jesus Christ. He was a visionary who was visited by angels. He is noted for his great obedience to God and his willingness to surrender himself totally to God's Plan. His feast day falls on the 19th of March.
